Terms

You pay for your order with a credit card and we ship all packages with the Swedish mail- POSTEN.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of Swedish VAT.

The shipping rate outside Sweden is NOT inclusive of any customs, import duties or taxes that could be livid when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return the goods, Moheda cannot give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of Sweden.

Shipping cost is included in the price within Sweden. For delivery to Europe there will be an extra cost of 15 EUR and to all other countries the cost will be an extra cost of 30 USD. All shipping costs are including VAT.

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply or to a pickup point nearby.

Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days from our factory.

All merchandise remains the property of Moheda until full payment is received.

All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Moheda have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. We only accept VISA or Master Card.

Moheda reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

All prices are listed in SEK, EUR & USD.

Price increases and changes in the range can happen without warning.

We will charge 25:- EUR/ 40:- USD if you at delivery refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it's not picked up at the pick-up point.

All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at mohedatoffeln@reinholdson.se or +46 (0)472 710 71

You may return an item and get a full refund (for the cost of the shoes, not the shipment), or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.
During sale periods and special offer we don't offer open purchase just the right to exchange product.

In case of returning or exchanging an item you will have to pay for the shipping costs back to us. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Moheda, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. If you for any reason want to return the goods Moheda cannot give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of Sweden.

How to return or exchange items

If you want to return an item.

2. Send the item back together with the return form to us.

You will have to pay shipping costs.

If you want to exchange an item.

2. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs.

3. When we have received the item an approved the return, we will send you the new item. If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account.

Force majeure

If Moheda fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Moheda cannot be held responsible.
